Peregrine Risk will not pass on customer information to third parties unless it is for the purposes of placing your insurance and as otherwise permitted by law.

From time to time we may however be required to share information in this regard and therefore when we arrange insurance on your behalf we may be required to disclose to certain partners of ours (with whom we share Terms of Business Agreements) the following information:

• Information disclosed by you via proposal forms, verbal (telephonic communication or in person), written or email correspondence.
• Details of your current and / or previous transactions with us/our representatives or previous insurers. Including your policy coverage, premiums, claims and payment history..
• Information from credit agencies, insurers, product providers in order to ascertain credit history relating to ability to pay premiums and premium payment history.
